Shipping Policy

At Trinity Meats & Food Place, we offer delivery and pickup options to serve Brandon and Northern Manitoba with quality African and European grocery items.

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days.
For customers in Brandon, next-day delivery is available for orders placed before 12 PM.
Same-day delivery is not available for Northern Manitoba. Delivery to this region will be scheduled and confirmed after you complete your checkout.
All perishable and frozen items are carefully packaged to maintain freshness during transport.
Pickup is also available at our Brandon location. You will be notified when your order is ready for collection.

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, including frozen foods and grocery items:

All sales are final — items are non-refundable.
Any returned items will be disposed of immediately for health and safety reasons.
Exchanges are not accepted for perishable or frozen items under any circumstances.
Non-perishable items may be considered for exchange within 24 hours of purchase if they are damaged or incorrect and remain unopened and in original condition.
